you guessed right you can now buy a 24 pack of what is known as
private label bath tissue for only around $4.98 and if you have any
kids you might be able to wipe for about a week or so and then have to
buy another one.

Try and find a 16 oz. can of green beans or how about a 12-13 oz. box
of cereal that is now a 8-9oz. box. I haven`t seen the prices stay
down on any of these products. By now you are asking what the heck
does this have to do with an inflation proof home business.

Network Marketing Success or Failure You Choose

It is readily apparent to me that people wanting to start a home business start out on an almost predictable journey.  They find something that they seem to want to be dedicate in promoting.  The see their names and email addresses on a website of some type and now they are staged to get rich quick, with almost no effort, while they continue to be depressed in their day job.  They seem to think that Internet Marketing is something that will happen automatically with no effort on their part.  They are simply looking for a way out of their dismal circumstances and seem to think that maybe, just maybe, this new networking marketing gig will pay rich rewards for them.

 

After having been involved in the search engine optimization and network marketing business for about five years, I can honestly say that NOTHING happens quickly on Google.  You will struggle to learn daily, the techniques and strategies that you need to become successful.  You will find that marketing is not an easy thing to do.  There are articles to be written, blogs to post your articles on, websites to create, forums to find and post your comments on and a literal thousand and one things that you MUST accomplish, or you will never see any success at all.

 

I do not believe in doing anything but telling the truth.  The truth is, the reason that 95% of people do not make any money, nor will ever make any money, is the fact that they are too damned lazy to get off their butts, and go to work.  They had rather become involved with their particular spheres of influence, and systematically try to pick and bitch and moan and whine, more than they had just simply go to work.

 

I have seen this in all the organizations that I have been part of.  The 1% or less, of the people are committed to excellence and the other 99% are just willing to chat, surf, bitch, moan, whine and complain that they just are not making any money in their present business.  So what do they do?  They go and find yet another network marketing business to join, and go about the same path of chatting, and gaining no significant ground in promoting themselves on Google, or their respective businesses.

 

If you think that you are going to make money in a network marketing business in a day, a week a month or even a year, then I have a suggestion for you.  Simply keep the day job.  There are no quick fixes to becoming successful here.  There is only writing, writing, writing and more writing.  You must be willing to place more information live on the net, than anyone else does.  You may not even think that you can write, but you are wrong in that thinking.  If you can read and spell, then you can write information and post it to blogs, forums, press releases, build websites and all the other things that you should be doing, instead of complaining that you just cannot make it.

 

Its a fact that most will spend more time criticizing other people in what they are attempting to accomplish, than they will just closing off the rest of the clatter and clamor of the world, and pay attention to THEIR OWN BUSINESS.  If you are one of the ones that is criticizing other people for what they are promoting, and NOT paying attention to what YOU should be doing, then I have no doubt that you will not achieve success in any of the things that you are attempting to accomplish.

 

Why do you think that a very small percentage of people are actually making money on Google?  I can tell you for a fact that they, like myself, are like pit bulldogs.  They are willing to write when they don't want to.  They are willing to attend training sessions, even if its not convenient.  They are NOT interested in what the OTHER people are doing, because they are too damned busy paying attention to what they need to do to reach a pinnacle of success that they few will achieve.

 

It has been said that we all work on the 80-20 rule.  I tend to think that we work on the 99-1 rule.  That being that 99% of people had rather complain and do absolutely nothing constructive with their time while the 1% will take the responsibility of making a difference.

 

Network marketers, pay attention to my words of wisdom.  Perhaps some of this will absorb into your psyche and you will begin paying attention to your own work, than the work of the people that are trying to accomplish something great in their life.

My Bail Out Plan Start a Home Business

People around the world are worried about what's happening in the
United States. China just announced that they are to stop investing,
or loaning money to American banks and lending institutions. Here is a
quote from one of the many online news sites, "Chinese regulators have
told domestic banks to stop interbank lending to U.S. financial
institutions to prevent possible losses during the financial crisis,
the South China Morning Post reported on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008."

Why starting a home business may be the best bailout plan available
for you. Here's how I got there!

In a newsletter I received from The Research and Editorial Staff of
The Association for Investor Awareness, Inc. (AIA), on September 25,
2008, they give no evidence that the "proposed bailout plan WILL
work." There is a lot of skepticism on both sides of the aisle;
proponents for the bailout plan say it's the same plan that saved
Japan and the U.S. at various times:

"Many economists believe that Uncle Sam's $700 billion cash
transfusion to our financial service industry will keep many essential
firms alive to provide the credit the economy requires. The proponents
also believe that we will eventually grow our way out of the hole, and
everybody's books -including Uncle Sam's - will be balanced again.

There is precedent for believing that the bailout plan will work.
Japan used it after its soaring real estate market collapsed in the
1980's and the country's banks went into a death spiral. Although the
country subsequently endured a 12 year recession, it wasn't
particularly hard on its citizens. In any event, the long recession
was infinitely better than the depression that might have otherwise
been Japan's fate.

Big cash infusions also rescued the U.S. economy at various times in
the past. For example, the Great Depression dragged on for over a
decade until preparations for WW-2 flooded the economy with money. The
theory goes that using the same technique early in a downturn can
prevent it from starting in the first place. "(1)

Sounds like this is the only thing that will save the U.S. economy and
prevent a depression, or at least, a deep recession. I don't know
about you but I tend to lean towards the pessimistic side, the side of
"we the people" have to take care of our selves. Uncle Sam, with their
excessive spending and idiotic plans, has caused the mess we are in
today. I'm not in favor of the government letting this country sink
into deeper debt because of the incompetency of the multi-millionaire
corporate execs that made some bad decisions. I'm relying on my home
business for financial security, NOT the federal government.

This proposed bailout plan, in my opinion, is like using a band aid to
reattach a severed limb. It may slow down the bleeding, but I don't
believe it will ever solve the crisis we are currently in, without
some major surgery.

Additional quote from the AIA, "Critics of the Treasury's rescue plan
believe the bailouts will only delay more bank failures and a sharp
recession by a few months. The most vocal naysayers are adamant that
the delay will make the inevitable problems worse. They also insist
that the bailouts will put the Treasury in the same dire straits as
the industry it is trying to rescue.

Furthermore, the bailout opponents argue, since the government will
ultimately get the money from the American people, the rescue plan
represents a gigantic case of robbing Peter to pay Paul. The critics
go on to cite many examples where the hot potato game of passing the
debt didn't end happily." (1)

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. This is a free country (but
maybe not for long); so the time to make a decision as a citizen of
this (once) "great country". Are you going to sit by and rely on the
government to take care of you, or are you going to take action and do
something about it?

Although there is little that individuals can do that will have any
effect on the national crisis, we can at least protect ourselves.
Starting a home business may be the best choice you will ever make.
You can sit back and wait to see what happens, or you can start a home
business today, and begin controlling your financial future.

Activity Multiplier

Sedentary = BMR X 1.2 (little or no exercise)
Lightly active = BMR X 1.375 (light exercise?)
Mod. active = BMR X 1.55 (moderate exercise)
Very active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise)
Extr. active = BMR X 1.9 (hard daily exercise)

Now you simply have to determine how you are going to burn 500 more calories than your maintenance level. You can eat less, change your food groups so there are less calories in your diet or do more exercise or a combination of both works best.

2. Progressive resistance training is defined as any exercise where the load to the muscle is increased by some mechanical means – weights, bands, springs and many other methods.
