Yes fun, if you are having fun then you can lose weight without trying.

Learn to dance, have fun. Learn a martial art, have fun. Learn to horse back ride, have fun. Learn to play bowls, have fun. Learn to play cards, have fun. Learn to play golf, have fun. Learn to play tennis, have fun.

Learn to do any activity and have fun, enjoy it and you will lose weight.

The fun part comes with interaction with other people. Walk down the road with someone and tell a few jokes, laugh while you walk.

What you will find is that the more active you become, the more you will enjoy the activity, the more you will lose weight. The more you lose weight the less you will eat.

Always try and be in a positive mood or frame of mind. When you are positive you can have more fun, laugh out loud. There is a video of a guy who has travelled the world and everywhere he goes he dances. A real slack dancer if you ask me, but he gets other people without even trying to dance with him. They all have fun in the most unlikely of places.

Dancing is a fun activity that can make you laugh (stand on your partners toes!!) and is something that everyone can do.

So get serious and get up and dance, you can dance in front of the mirror. Laugh at your self laugh, just laugh and have fun and you can lose weight.
